TRAVELING WITH PETS: Well behaved dogs are welcome in Dahlonega, the city ordnance require dogs be on leash at all times.  There are many pet friendly hotels and shops, many restaurants have outdoor dining areas that can accommodate your pet as well. Check Dahlonega.org/pets for planning info.

Handicapped Parking is available around the Historic Square as well as 15 minute parking spaces to drop-off and pick-up passengers (see map).

PUBLIC RESTROOMS: Public Restrooms are available at the following locations (see map):
Visitor Center – S. Park St & E. Main St
hours vary, full restroom facilities + handicap Access

Hancock Park Pavilion – N. Park St & Hawkins St
hours vary, full restroom facilities + handicap access

Portable Toilets – Corner of Warwick St & Waters St
(UNG parking behind Shenanigans) 24 hour access, 2 toilets + handicap access and hand sanitizing station

VISITOR CENTER: the Visitor Center is located on the corner of East Main St. and South Park St. They are open everyday 10:00am – 5:00pm, and open until 8:00pm on Fridays & Saturdays during the Christmas season.

WHEELCHAIRS: if walking or standing present physical challenges, we strongly recommend you bring a wheelchair with you. Wheelchair rentals are currently not available in Dahlonega.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION : located at Choice Ave Parking lot (corner of Choice Ave and Derrick St.)
